Hi @rickarkg - just to be sure this is something that is measured overnight only. You can't get an instant reading and it only shows deviation from a baseline.
Also after syncing it is not immediate as it has to be calculated and downloaded, that being said there can sometimes be issues with the app.
If it is not showing after a few days, try logout of the app, [for android clear the storage cache and force stop it] and login again and check the next day.
If none of that works chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Hi @Kokobean07 - you may see it hasn't worked, though try the following
It might not recover past nights information but may work again - it should be noted skin temp is normally recorded every minute and only shows a single calculed value for the night.
