Hello @Djodre  and @DonnaGrace and welcome to the Help forum.  Changing that setting to sensitive probably won't change this issue.  It is my understanding that changing that setting counts more movement as restless sleep, but doesn't change how your Fitbit decides that you are asleep.  Fitbit's sleep algorithm uses a combination of movement, breathing rate and heart rate variability to decide that you are asleep.  Many users say that they get sleep recorded when at the movies, chilling on the couch and so on.  I get it, too.  I think the better thing to do is to edit your sleep log and remove that time.  When you tap on your sleep tile, then a sleep record, there is an ellipsis in the upper right.  Tap on that and you can edit that record.

On the app, click on your profile icon top left, then Activity & Wellness, then Sleep, then scroll down to Sleep Sensitivity and see if adjusting it helps, good luck!
