my fitbit sense has not worked properly since the Google transition.
sense worked well for a year and and half.
now i only get simplified sleep details. (no breathing rate, inconsistent heart rate)
contacted fitbit support by chat and phone (what a disappointing experience)
did a factory reset. did not correct problem.
it's a shame this product transition to Google ever happened.
im convinced the game plan by Google is to Push their Google Pixel Watch on all remaining fitbit users.

Hi there, @royalle .
Thanks for your efforts in regards to your situation about Sense not tracking your Sleep Score. Because you already contacted support, I'd suggest contacting them again if you have any questions or concerns regarding your case.
