I’m truly disappointed in this sense Fitbit. I might get it to work like once every 2-3 weeks if I’m lucky. I’m not sure if it only works on a full moon or just when Congress is in session or what. I can’t wait to send it back. I wish people stood behind their product and made quality stuff and not just take your money. The only thing I give it credit for is giving the time and counting steps, but my cell phone can do that. Maybe one day this company will stand behind their product. I’ll call this a lesson learned. “Don’t trust Fitbit with anything important”

Also I’ve called support over the phone, and they took me through steps to do, but nothing worked. I’ve tried charging the phone before I go to sleep. I’ve tried adjusting the band from tight, to snug, to lose and nothing worked. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling on phone, that didn’t work. So I got once last thing to try and it’s going back in the box. And if this fixes the problem, then shame on Fitbit. I’m going to try what someone said about just going to sleep and hitting the I’m sleep now button. But if that works they should put that down that hey, if you hit this button, it won’t record your sleep stages. And I say shame on Fitbit because I shouldn’t have to read through all these post to figure out hey don’t hit that button if you want sleep stages. But maybe that’s just how I see it.

Great news
the sleep score has now been working every night. I followed one of the steps someone mentioned and that helped. Every time I went to sleep I would hit the button “begin sleep time”. And every morning it would be no score. Once I stopped hitting the button and just went to sleep, I’ve gotten a sleep score every night.
