I never had an issue on my old charge 2 with sleep tracking. On my new sense it consistently says I feel asleep 2-4 hours after I actually did. I've tried everything... Reset, factory reset, wearing higher on wrist, wearing on other wrist, adjusting normal /sensitive. Latest from Fitbit is they are "aware of the issue" and working on a fix. Is anyone else actually having this same issue? I've been trying meditation before bed to help improve my sleep, but right now I can't tell anything because the sense isn't working properly 😞
I am so disappointed with the "sense" for tracking my sleep, My Ionic was much better and more accurate. I lose up to two hours a night as if I get up at 4 am, and then go back to be till 6:30 it does not include those hours in my recorded sleep. I have friends that have other models costing much less and their sleep records are perfect, even if they take a nap or fall asleep watching tv, they get credit for sleeping. I am thinking of taking the Sense off at night and entering my own sleep times, but then I will lose other sleeping data. I wish they would fix the watch to work correctly. And, yes, I have tried wearing in different positions on my arm and tried sleeping in various positions. But, it really is poor to think that you need to adjust the watch or your body to get the watch to possibly work the way it is supposed to work.
Mine is ok with tracking my sleep now but rarely shows up on my sense when I sync it only on the app on my phone. Has today but more days than not it’s doesn’t show on my sense 🤦🏼:female_sign:
Best AnswerI only received mine yesterday but set it up immediatly but last night it hasnt recoeded very much at all only resting heart beat so disappointed with the Sense so far but I possibly need to look further into it I have signed up to Premium too
We have to keep om Fitbit to get them to make a permanent fix.
Keep stepping and get some sleep!
Best Answer@TEN305 if you just received it, give it a week to collect first data. It may of may not be the issue for you. Fingers crossed....
Best AnswerThe sleep tracking and sleep score worked great on my Sense for roughly the first year I had it...then all of a sudden on June 20th it didn't. Same with my wife's Versa until July 14th. We enjoyed comparing sleep scores every morning over coffee. Tried all the so-called fixes blah blah blah, of course none of them worked. Fitbit doesn't give us a straight answer. I believe you have to have premium in order to get detailed sleep information now even though Fitbit denies that. We will be moving on to another brand because this is just such BS.
I would hope now that google owns Fitbit, they could get some of their high tech people working on a fix that actually stays working. I don't want to switch to Apple as I have been with Fitbit for over ten years now.
I wish you luck and hope enough people comment to Fitbit and they take this seriously.
Best Answer@BrewCityRider lots of people (and me) have premium and no sleepscore/sleep stages, so we are in this together 😉
Not sure if this forum is seriously followed by support @TEN305. I'm afraid you have to keep reporting the issue to support directly. Knowing that you will get all the known suggestions first before they will make a serious report.
