I never had an issue on my old charge 2 with sleep tracking. On my new sense it consistently says I feel asleep 2-4 hours after I actually did. I've tried everything... Reset, factory reset, wearing higher on wrist, wearing on other wrist, adjusting normal /sensitive. Latest from Fitbit is they are "aware of the issue" and working on a fix. Is anyone else actually having this same issue? I've been trying meditation before bed to help improve my sleep, but right now I can't tell anything because the sense isn't working properly 😞

I just got mine and its not recording At all. Trying paring and repairing. Not sure what else to do. I hope they fix this soon. For $200 it should work better. I didn't have problems with my versa 2 like this.

I am currently on medication that disrupts my sleep, so I bought the Sense to monitor it. I know no tracker is 100% but this morning I awoke feeling I'd had the best night in a while. However, when I synced the app it had only recorded from 4.40am. So furious. £180 wasted.

Yup mine hasn’t tracked my sleep for months now. It says I’ve had 1hour 30mins or 2h when I know I’ve had more. It’s not tracking anything properly anymore. It’s so annoying

I’m new to fit bit and on day two of using it to monitor sleep the first night it gave me a sleep score and sleep stages graph. However last night I just got a time asleep / sleep pattern graph not as detailed and no score is there something I can do to update it to get score etc?

Me too, not even had my sense Fitbit a week yet! Last night no sleep recorded, other times saying I’m sleeping from 4am and other wrong times. This is my 3rd fit bit, and thought this would be the best. So far it’s quite disappointing to me. 😟

I agree, my other Fitbits didn't have this problem. Why it thinks people start sleeping at 4 or 5 am is beyond me.

Interesting no reply from Fitbit. I told them it's false advertising to sell the sense knowing the sleep tracking issues it has.

From May 22nd I haven't received a daily sleep score any more. From then I got one once a week, two weeks. Did all de reset and reinstall suggestions I found on earlier posts but without any luck. Just don't understand why it is such an unreliable option. Without any chances on my part it just stops working...

Hi there I spoke to them and mine is working now. I hadn’t set my sleep goal correctly.
I don’t think it works great though. I think it could be better and room for improvement.

So it started working this week and I was so excited! 4 nights of perfect tracking. Then bam back to thinking I feel asleep at 5 am. Beyond frustrated with this. Support is useless, they keep talking about my sleep score which is not my problem. Now support won't even respond to my emails. Way to stand behind your products Fitbit

I got my Sense on Mother’s Day. It was fine until last week. One night it missed two hours at the beginning of the sleep period. It has now done it again for the past four nights. Obviously, I am not meeting my “sleep goal” which in turn affects the accuracy of other readings. Very frustrating!

Myself and so many other people have problems with the sleep tracking app.
It’s hopeless, it just doesn’t work properly at all.!!
Sometimes there’s no reading, lots of times it says we’re going to bed at 5am and lots of other ridiculous times of the night.
It tells me I’ve had 3 hours of sleep which isn’t correct.
I already spoke to someone from Fitbit a few weeks ago, but they tell you to do all the obvious things which we already know, and have already done. None of what they tell you works and then we’re just left to our own devices.
So many complaints must mean something is wrong with it, and it needs to be getting fixed. This is my 3rd Fitbit, it’s the Sense one I have now, and I’ve only had it for a couple of months. Price £200. The sleep tracker was the main reason I purchased it!!!🙄
I awake in the mornings, I look at it to see how I slept and it’s a lot of nonsense. Makes me want to throw it at the wall!!!! 😤
