Hello,
I’f like to monitor my heartrate during sleep, which was for me one of the main reasons to buy the Fitbit sense in the first place. Yet, the graph is always empty and only shows the average heartrate instead. I saw the same issue in a previous post and an update had been recommended, but when looking for sense updates, I get the information that my App is fully updated. Pls help :-)! Thank you, KatRinchen

Its probably a fault in the App. Try
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo full notification setup. |

If you sync your watch first, no data will be lost, it will already be uploaded to your account at Fitbit by then and as you are not deleting your account, only the app, nothing gets lost, only your notification settings which need to be re setup.
