I have tried contacting support and looking online. I recently tried using the snore detect and I do not get a report. Never shows up. Cannot click on restorative in the sleep section. premium. Batter full. Mic on. Snore detect on. Wear it to bed every night. It’s frustrating. The screen shots I am seeing don’t even look like mine. Don’t see the “tiles” marked snore at all. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Sorry I just checked in the App Store and updated to 4.32. Not sure what it was before. Still looks the same though.

That is your watch firmware version.
On the Today screen, click on the gear at top right, scroll down and click Help, it should show you the app version

Yes. I’ve done that. I turn it on at night. See nothing in morning. Nowhere that says it’s a report.

RGE, yes I found it and do have the current version 4.32. Even weird also is that I don’t have a gear in right top corner. ??? I clicked on my initial in a circle and that’s where I found it. I feel my screen is not like everyone else’s. lol it’s becoming comical.

It sounds like something is definitely different on your app.
Sorry, I don’t know what to try next.
I haven’t used the snore detect feature in a long time, but I’ll try it tonight and see what I get and let you know if it’s maybe not working for any one any more.

@edgegirl You have your profile picture, not a gear icon, because you moved from a Fitbit account to a Google account. I also want to add that if you tap the three dots, then Enable snoring, you get results the next morning.
@Rge Thank you for adding the screenshots.

Well I tried the snore detection last night but I also don’t see a report anywhere on the app this morning.
I guess it’s an app problem?
Sorry
