Snore report does not exist

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried contacting support and looking online. I recently tried using the snore detect and I do not get a report. Never shows up.  Cannot click on restorative in the sleep section.  premium. Batter full.  Mic on. Snore detect on. Wear it to bed every night. It’s frustrating. The screen shots I am seeing don’t even look like mine.  Don’t see the “tiles” marked snore at all. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Hi @edgegirl ! Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this situation regarding the snore detection with your device.

Could you please take a look at the following article ? How do I turn on snore and noise while I sleep?
I hope it serves.

Yes but the problem I’m having is I do not have a Snoring and Noise Detect
tile. At all. I do everything else but I do not have that. Here’s a
question - does it matter that I am in the free trial of Premium? I don’t
think it should as I have premium right now.

Hi @edgegirl ! Thank you for your message and additional information.
Could you please try to manage tiles from the Today page on your Fitbit App? Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner and finally scroll down, find and enable the desired tile(s).

@edgegirl   Disclaimer -- My Sense 2 doesn't support snore detection, so I'm relying on previous experience.  You mentioned tapping on Restoration, but it might have been there before the app got the big update.  Please look at the images in this Community Blog article.  The Estimated oxygen variation, Sleeping heart rate and Snore report are grouped together.  If you don't have it, can you post a screenshot?

@MarioSFitbit   I'm sorry, the Snore tile isn't one that you can turn on/off on the Today page.  It is in the sleep details.

@edgegirl

I have an iPhone 13 with Fitbit app version 4.32. If you open the today tab at the bottom, of the screen, then tap on sleep data, then tap on the 3 dots at the top right of the screen, then tap on settings, scroll down and you should see the snore detection switch. Turn it on, then follow the prompts. The go back to sleep data and scroll down. You should find your snore detection enabled.

Im not sure if it works the same in Android, but good luck !

I don’t think my response went through. I’ll post again just in case. Thank you for your reply. I have an Iphone 16. I’ve done all those things and still don’t have a Snore tab or tile. It’s the craziest thing. Also my sleep tile says Restore not sleep if that’s an issue.  It changed during the last update. All screenshots i see look different from mine. 🤷🏻‍:female_sign: I’m at a loss.

Thank you for responding. I have an iPhone 16. I’ve done all that and no
Snore tab shows up anywhere. It’s the craziest thing. Why can’t I see it?
Also my tile does not just say Sleep. It’s under Recovery. I wonder if
that’s an issue? I don’t seem to have control over changing it. It changed
in a recent update. When I see other people’s screens they don’t look like
mine does. 🤷🏻‍:female_sign: I’m at a loss.

 Hopefully this clarifies things.
I have the original Sense; snore detection is not available on the Sense 2.

@Rge   A big issue for the OP is the fact that all of the images available are from the older app versions.  Pre major redesign.  Can you add some screenshots of the current version?  It doesn't matter that you use different iPhone models.

Click on Sleep Duration first then you should be able to figure it out. I cropped the scree shots so they didn’t take up too much space

I click on sleep duration and the next 2 screen shots are what I see. Everybody says to scroll to the bottom and see Snore. As it shows i don’t have it.
