SpO2 app and clock face not available on Sense in US

I bought my sense from Target a few days before black friday, here in the US. It now has the latest firmware. I believe I should be able to use the SpO2 app and watchface. However, when I go to the watchface screen (from the link in the health metrics section of the main app) I just get a blank screen. When I go to the app download section, there is a red notice that the app "is not available in your area." I'm pretty sure it works for other people, so what do I do?

Thanks for the information provided and your efforts while trying to install these features on your watch. Just to confirm, have you made sure your location is set correctly in your profile? Once that is done, please give a try to the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force stop the Fitbit app on your phone.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, log back in to your Fitbit account and sync your watch.
  5. Try installing the SpO2 Tracker app and SpO2 Signature clock face one more time.

This was it. I had set my location as some tiny island in the south pacific just for kicks years ago, and never thought about it again. It is weird that it did not go off your actual location. Seems like an easy way for the actual inhabitants of Pitcairn Island to get these features.
