SpO2 clock face looks even worse then designed?

Does anyone else's SpO2 watch face look like this (the colors circle did not extend up to represent the number displayed)?

Since I see there are 2 "this affects me too:

I managed to get the watch face displaying right, but it was a bit of a pain. 

I had to remove the watch face from my watch,

fill all 5 available watch face slots on my watch with other faces. 

Restart my watch and my phone

then open up a watch face slot on my watch and reinstall the SpO2 watch face.

Yeah mine does that sometimes
