SpO2 clock face shows only dashes-Sense

I switched my clock face to the SpO2 clock face and not only is my SpO2 saying "SpO2 not Installed", no data is showing at all, not steps, not heart rate, not active minutes, nothing.  It is all dashes.  I have tried:

1. Switching clock faces and switching back

2. Uninstalling the SpO2 App and reinstalling it as well as verifying all permissions are allowed

3.  Resetting my watch

4.  Verifying my firmware is up-to-date

 

Is there anything else I can try to get this clock face to work?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

Please be aware that after waking up and syncing your data, it takes 60 minutes or so for the SpO2 clock face to show the nighttime average SpO2 value and range. 

 

If after 60 minutes you still don't see your data please try to update the SpO2 clock face by tapping to the clock face in the clock face gallery > Update.

 

In addition, please visit this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.
