SpO2 not installed after factory reset

I did a factory reset after i noticed after the most recent update my battery was draining faster then normal. Everything went good but now I get a SpO2 not installed when I use the specific watch face. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app twice but still getting that message. Any ideas what else it could be?

All good. I had to re-download the watch face and now working.
