Speaker Volume too low when taking calls

i can receive phone calls on my Sense, but the volume is so low i cant hear much at all, even when sitting in my quiet office. i can barely hear the caller if i put the watch up against my ear, so the call functionality is OK, but the volume is too low to be useful. ive tried increasing the volume using the speaker icon in 'quick settings' (although this icon refers to 'music volume' only). when i receive a call i cant find any buttons on the call screen to increase the volume while im in the call. any suggestions?

I believe the volume is controlled on your phone just like with a headset.

Hi @123.tamsyn  - try restarting your watch, there is a speaker icon on the watch normally when you take a call.

But it doesn't remember the last setting so you will have to increase it for each call.

thanks guy, i found the speaker icon now but doesnt make the call significantly louder (maybe 5% increase when i manually adjust the speaker during a call)

Then it might just be too quiet for you. It is a pretty low volume and low quality speaker but pretty usable in a quiet room to me.
