Spiked HR for no reason - false?

This has happened to me a few times now. My heart rate shows as shooting up to 146 when I’m in bed/asleep. My mum died of a heart attack so this is worrying me. 

I suspect it is a false reading but I just want to check. I have no heart rate notifications. I’m using a Sense.

Hi @Karenpvfc - some other users have reported spikes around 1 am, if it is a regular and erratic occurrence possibly check with your doctor just in case. Also check it against other measurements and sleep patterns.
