I wasn't sure where to post this as it has to do with the sense but more to do with the Sp02 watchface from fitbit. For me the watchface doesn't show Sp02. It says sleep to update. I slept last night and in the morning when I woke up it said recording for a bit and then went back to saying sleep to update. I tried syncing to my phone fitbit app and nothing. Everything is enabled and all permissions given. I've even tried loading a new watchface and then reloading it again to the watch and I still have the issue. I know it's not my Sp02 sensor because I do get my sleep score in the morning in the app and it shows my 02 graph. Anyone else have a problem with this face as well? It worked on my Versa 2 just fine.

Try shutting down the Sense and then starting it again.

Unless I am mistaken, it requires 3 days of sleep to set baselines for all of that.

I have tried restarting the watch as well. Nothing works. I have had it on at night since Friday. The 3 day baseline though is for temp not sp02. I have on another watch face right now. Not sure why it will not work but maybe there is a bug they need to fix. Will try again at a later date.

Same issue here as well. It never updates and just says Sleep to update. I've worn the Sense for 4 nights already.

Same issue here, day after day still no SpO2 data on the clock face nor my health metric. Whilst both worked fine on my Ionic

Mine worked fine initially, but after installing some additional watchfaces then last night I noticed it said "sleep to update" and all the stats were 0s (steps, floors, etc). It was obvious it wasn't reading info from my mobile app or something. So i rebooted the Sense and my phone to no avail. I finally went through and uninstalled the SPo2 watchface completely from the Sense along with the other watchfaces I recently installed in case they caused the issue then reinstalled the SPo2 watchface and rebooted the Sense and then it appears to work again.
So if you are experiencing similar issues I'd suggest trying that: Uninstall the watchface, then reinstall and reboot Sense and your phone to see if it connects.

To get a SPO2 and temperature reading it may also help to tighten the wristband a notch during the night.
This should ensure a much closer contact with your skin and hopefully a better reading.
It has worked for me although I have quite hairy arms.

I've had 7 nights sleep and still get the message "sleep to update". This function was working perfectly on my Versa Lite, and the Sp02 measures matched the measures on my medical grade oximeter.
Done multiple power off and restarts but still no SpO2 readings.
Following advice here, I uninstalled the Sp02 clock face, restarted my iPhone and my Sense, reinstalled the clockface, restarted both again....and I still need to sleep!

I've slept with mine for 2 days and I still can't get a SpO2 reading. I'll see what happens tonight. I was reading a post from Fitbit if you move around a lot while sleeping it might not record your spO2.

I have also problem with SpO2 readings. Every morning the watch says "register" and red and green light is flickering. Even a couple of hours after I woke up. To get the watch led to stop flickering and get the readings is to turn off and on the watch. This happening every day and starts to get really annoying. What can I do? Return it?

Yeah it seems that the SpO2 is kinda buggy. It's annoying how you can't really move around much when you sleep or it won't give you a good reading....plus having to change the clock face before bed is annoying also. I bought mine on Amazon and have 3 months to return it. I like it but it just feels like things aren't 100% yet.

I have been having the same issue with the SPo2 not registering, even after a week of the watch face being set and showing with it. I went back to the default watch face for a day then back to the correct watch face and still nothing. I manually sync the Fitbit app in the AM as requested and nothing.
I am using a Samsung S10+ phone

UPDATE: Today was day 3 of wearing the watch to bed with t he SPo2 clock face, It still hasn't updated my SPo2. It's recording everything else...my sleep, breathing rate, heart rate variability, etc..but of course no skin temp and that has to do with the SpO2 not working. My band is already at a good tight and I am not going to tighten it more.

UPDATE #2 Now the SpO2 just showed up. It took like 30 min after I woke up to show up. Like I mentioned did is day 3 of wearing the watch to bed plus having the SpO2 clock face on while sleeping. It does mention they need at least 3 days to get your data. Not sure if that time starts over if you don’t wear it to bed for a certain time anymore though. I’m assuming if you stop wearing it to bed you’ll have to just wear it 3 days in a row again. Trying to figure out why skin temp is still not reading though.

I have to laugh, I posted that it wasn't working after a week, then this AM it started working. I guess it can take a minimum of 3 days to a max of 7? or it was due to me removing and reinstalling the clock face for SpO2. Either way I will keep checking it to see if it keeps working.

No, it's the temperature sensor that needs a 3 day (sleep) baseline. I got my spO2 reading the first morning after 1 night.

Yes I am aware the temp. sensor needs 3 days, but it seems that the SpO2 needs time to work as well for some people. Again I waited 7 days, then 3 additional days after resetting the watch face before anything showed up. (Just a suggestion that can take a while and some people may need to give it a week or so to show up, before thinking something is wrong).
