Spo2 not installed

Good day.

My Sense is updated to Version 3.45.1 (20263586).  The SpO2 app is installed.

 

When I sleep with the watch, sync in the morning, and wait a while before checking SpO2 in Health metrics, I simply get a message to download an SpO2 clock face and to download the SpO2 tracker app, which I have done.  There is no SpO2 reading.  When I use the clock face it says SpO2 is not installed, which of course it is.

 

Can anyone provide a solution that would allow me to use my Sense to monitor oxygen saturation?

Try uninstalling the SpO2 app, reboot your phone and reinstall it.

That was the first thing I tried.  It had no effect.
