My sense Spo2 tracker has suddenly stopped recording any information. Not only that, but it now says to download the app and a clock face when both are already installed. I have tried to uninstall the app and change the clock face and that hasn't fixed it. I have also restarted my sense, logged out of the app and then back in etc and that hasn't fixed it either. It was working fine previously and then just suddenly disappeared! Has anyone had this is issue and do you know how to fix it? Thank you 😊
