SpO2 clock faces are not required for it to work, so no more are needed.

In fact SpO2 clock faces are a waste of time on a Sense because it measures it regardless and you only get one reading per night, if you are lucky.

A better solution is to use any of the available clock faces from the Gallery that suits your needs best.

You can consult the one reading per night by a swipe up [if its configured there, if not, use MANAGE to add it] or swipe left to the Today app and it is shown there. This only needs be done once per day as you can't get on the spot readings.

To stop the Sense measuring SpO2, remove the SpO2 tracker app and don't use an SpO2 clock face. You might get 2 extra days battery life but you won't get any SpO2 information.

Snore detection would be useful but not seen any announced progress unfortunately.
