Brand new sports band randomly comes apart from the sense. I don't have this issue with the original band.

Hi, @SunsetRunner, welcome, you should contact "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, alternatively you can contact them via the Fitbit app on your phone. Fitbit's warranty is for 1 year and excludes accidental damage.
