You purchased the warranty directly from Square Trade? If so, you would have to cancel with them.

They charge you for extended warranty and when something goes wrong they charge you a deductible. So I'm out $70 total. What's the point of extended warranty? They shoukd replace it for you just like an extended warranty is supposed to do.

@shirinnazari after reading the terms of service. if you where not happy, why did you purchase the extended warranty? 

@Fit-Alec-Bit Square Trade doesn't impersonate fitbit. 

Fitbit has paired up and offers their extended warranty to those that buy fitbit. 

Square Trade, an in dependant company offers an extended warranty for many different products from may companies. They will even extend the warranty on the stove just purchased.

Hi @lablover55  the original poster has a Sense and didn't like that Allstate Insurance covers the extended warranty. As for the right place to post it, this was it.
