Step count notifications incorrect

I keep getting notification saying well done you’ve overachieved your steps but when I open the app, I’m nowhere near my step count and it’s happening every day. How can i stop this ?

Hi @Sh4ron - firstly make sure the watch is syncing properly, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Secondly go to the Fitbit App Device/Account (Connected to) page and make sure your phone is not also connected to your account.
