Steps don’t sync

My app shows 8702 steps every day no matter what. I try to manually sync (multiple times per day) and it doesn’t budge. I’ve done all updates. I’ve turn off/back on all settings. I’ve also never been able to get texts messages or phone calls on my watch.

2 things you didn't mention but might have tried:

1)  reboot your phone

2)  restart your Sense

Then try syncing again.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Sadly, I do both those things daily in the hopes it will fix the issue. Everything is updated. All settings are correct. Have never been able to get text messages. And the 8702 step count thing has plagued me for the past couple of weeks 😞
