Okay I bought a sense like a month or so ago. I am getting real frustrated with the step count. I woke up this morning and before I even used my Fitbit it says I walked over 134 million steps!!!! Unless I walked across the country in my sleep, there's a problem here. I've looked how to reset it many ways but it doesn't work. This has happened more than once !!

Nevermind, I finally figured it out.

Hello @Jog349. Welcome to the community forums.
I'm sorry for the experience you had and thank you very much for the troubleshooting steps you've tried and for finding a resolution. At this time, I'd like to let you know that if you had MobileTrack enabled, it could be the reason why you were seeing a high amount of steps.
MobileTrack is a feature that records basic stats such as steps using your phone's sensors if you don't have a Fitbit device available. But if there was a fan or anything buzzing nearby, or if your phone was vibrating during that time, that might have caused you to receive incorrect steps tracked.
See you around.
