Can someone please tell me why after a brand new sense Fitbit I had to have replaced and got it in December 2021 and now it's 3 months later and this one has stopped working but I cannot get another Fitbit and I haven't even had the Fitbit Sense for a year yet, not till August and they won't give me another replacement.. This is not my fault that it has stopped working and it seems Fitbit watches are garbage now. I see the recall on one and all these other problems people are having... This is ridiculous and they really need to do better especially when items are still under warranty. What the heck...😡😡

Let me make sure I understand..,
Was your original sense bought in August 2021?
It comes with either a 1 yr or 2 year warranty (depending location).
Then you returned it for a replacement in December 2021.
Now Fitbit says the 1yr warranty ending in August 2022 (the original) is void and the new warranty expires 90 days from December 2021 (the replacement)?
If so, I see your point. You did not receive 1 year warranty on your purchase.

WOW...that's it. So my original sense was bought in August of 2021 and it stopped working so I had to get a replacement but it's still underneath a year for the original.... And that is just crazy just because I get a replacement that is only good for 90 days it makes my one year warranty void. This is a sad thing for fitbits to not even last a year from original date of purchase and then what they give you only last 90 days..such a **ahem** waste of my money. I'm done!! Moving on to something more reliable than a dang year!! The 2nd replacement, it lasted just right about 90 days..smdh

That’s just wrong. Maybe a moderator will swing by and help you at least get one that has a warranty til August.

Says here your replacement should be warrantied for the remainder of your original warranty . Point this out to them.

The warranty says that the replacement is warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater..

My question is, is there something we can help with the replacement?

it just died ,there's nothing on the screen, there's nothing blinking on the back, like it's just went completely dead. I've tried different USB ports, different plug-in, try to reset it. My original Fitbit Sence when I bought it in August 2021 lasted up until I had to get that one replaced because it wouldn't charge that happened in December of 2021 so the replacement just died

Did you check the contact points on your cable to make sure none of the pins are recessed?
