On the fitbit website if you click on compare the sense to any other watch and scroll to see the features it CLEARLY says the sense has “stress notifications” right under the stress management feature. When you click to read about it it says “get notified when stress events are detected so you can respond with physical activity, deep breathing and more”. I couldn’t figure out how to set this up so I called and they said this is not a feature and that it might be a feature that is soon coming. Might be?? I don’t understand why it would clearly and specifically state it does something that it doesn’t. Does anyone know anything about this at all?

Best AnswerHello @Sarah-V and welcome to the Community. A fellow member of the Community Council saw this error, too. He notified Fitbit, so Fitbit is aware. I'm sorry, but I don't have any other information about these stress notifications. I can pass information through channels that this error hasn't been fixed.

@Sarah-V Stress notifications don't exist on the Sense at all. The feature doesn't exist.

That’s crazy that it says that then. It’s the entire reason I got it. And I am unable to even return it. Unbelievable.
Best AnswerSame here. I bought this one because it said it had stress notifications. They need to figure this out ASAP or remove it from their page. Kind of frustrating
Best AnswerI contacted them and they’re suppose to be emailing me back about this. It is insane to me how such a large company can blatantly false advertise something and keep it up on their site despite it not existing at all, on any device.
