Suddenly the battery drained within 6 hours and is continuing to do this. Used to last 3 days before.
tried many of the suggestions on this switching off Bluetooth rebooting etc but no change
any other solution or I will need to send back ?
A week ago for 4 days I had this issue, then as crazy as this started, it stopped and I'm back to 3 days
Best Answerdid they make you send the one you have back first? Anyway, I said no, send me the replacement first which they refused to do... In addition, I did the factory reset etc. Turn off blue tooth and I am going into the 4th day with 74%.battery.
Best AnswerI am having the same issues. Charged yesterday to 100% and battery is already at 14% today and I have Auto-on off, and the SpO2 off. I called customer support and they are sending me a new watch after they checked on a few things like where I purchased and my warranty. Might give them a call and see if yours needs replaced as well.

Best AnswerI just started having this problem a few days ago out of the blue. I haven't changed anything on my watch or app but I charged it all night last night and went to go on a 3 mile run this morning and the battery was drained half way into my run. I've done what everyone has said here. I just uninstalled the app and did a reset on my watch and resynced it. Now I'm fully charging the battery again and we will see what happens. May have to call them as a last resort. So frustrating!
