A week ago for 4 days I had this issue, then as crazy as this started, it stopped and I'm back to 3 days

Wondering the same thing I’m currently losing 10% or more per hour! It’s not going to last a day and I didn’t change anything.

Do a factory reset, then after you things set up again..turn off Bluetooth. That is what is sapping the battery.

Same thing!  I charged it yesterday and I’m down to 40% now!

did they make you send the one you have back first?  Anyway, I said no, send me the replacement first which they refused to do... In addition, I did the factory reset etc. Turn off blue tooth and I am going into the 4th day with 74%.battery.

As update

I charged the watch fully, switched off Bluetooth over night. The drain in 8 hours was 10%, so pretty good

Today, I factory reset the the device, connected to Bluetooth, so far lost 4% in 4 hours

Hopefully now working again

Thanks for everyone’s help

I am having the same issues. Charged yesterday to 100% and battery is already at 14% today and I have Auto-on off, and the SpO2 off. I called customer support and they are sending me a new watch after they checked on a few things like where I purchased and my warranty. Might give them a call and see if yours needs replaced as well.

Wow! I’ll keep an eye on mine and see if they’ll do that for me.

I just started having this problem a few days ago out of the blue.  I haven't changed anything on my watch or app but I charged it all night last night and went to go on a 3 mile run this morning and the battery was drained half way into my run.  I've done what everyone has said here.  I just uninstalled the app and did a reset on my watch and resynced it.  Now I'm fully charging the battery again and we will see what happens.  May have to call them as a last resort.  So frustrating!
