My fitbit sense has suddenly "frozen" or whatever. It shows the time still on my rest screen. But it won't let me turn screen on, or even reset the device. It is fully charged. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Have you tried holding the button until the Fitbit icon appears? If it will allow?
