Sync solution for Fitbit Sense

Having suffered failure to sync, failure to access food database, watch keeping wrong time, etc, etc, etc… today I upgraded to iOS 14.5.1 and I don’t wanna speak to soon - but app is behaving as it should do in all respects. Just like it was when I bought it.

 

After upgrading the phone I hard-reset the watch by holding the side button for 10+ seconds,  logged out of the app and logged back in again and re-paired watch to app. 

I hope this helps - and remains as is now

Thanks for sharing, @Corpuscanis - This may help others in this forum. Keeping your phone/iPhone’s operating system up to date is always a good first step in trouble shooting problems. The other step is restarting the Fitbit device. I realize you don’t need to do this. I’m making the suggestion for anyone else troubleshooting issues.
