Sync to phone issue

Sense watch stopped syncing to my Android Galaxy.  I stopped bluetooth,  repaired a few times and nothing. 

I then tried on my work iPhone and it still won't sync.  It was working for 2 weeks then this morning it won't sync.  Frustrating as my Versa 2 stopped working and wasn't sure to try Fitbit again but got different model - Sense and problems just 2 weeks in.

FWIW: My steps to sync when I am too impatient to just wait:

1) Restart Fitbit .

2) Reboot phone.

3) Wait at least a few hours and repeat.

 

In my experience, those 3 steps and patience have worked.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
