Hi, Text Notifications not working on Samsung Phone since last update on July 28 & bluetooth dropping occasionally. I do get calls no problem. I have seen numerous concerns on this topic since your last update at end of July.. It is not my sense or my phone, but your update that caused the issues. When do you intend to update the app again and fix the issue? Not addressing/acknowledging the issue is not acceptable. Please advise. Thank you

Hi Elaine, I've solved the issue now, after reinstalling the app I went through the "general" "notification" setting on the fitbit app, I switched all of the toggles off and on again ie WhatsApp, Google Assistant and your chosen email, I then opened the "app notification" and switched the toggle to on for all apps and it prompted automatic options to allow contacts, texts and calls, it all seems to be working fine now, hope this helps 😉

I did the sense update today and was a little concerned about the notifications and calling. I immediately turned off my phone and restarted the sense. Everything is working fine. iPhone 12 Pro Max

Hi, Thx. I have done that several times too 🙂
I believe the issue is with Android users more than iphone users

I am having the exact same issue since the latest update at the weekend. Everything works fine except for receiving notifications ie whatsapps, app updates, emails on my Sense, it notifies when I get a call so I know it's connected to my Samsung S10. I've toggled the notification on and off, reset the Bluetooth, uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app and done a factory reset on my Sense but the notifications are still not showing. It seems there must be problem generally as I can't load the chat help from the app either and as I was typing this I got kicked out of here too! The Sense is just a tracker without the notifications so I would appreciate more help with this issue.

Exactly - same issue. I have a Samsung S20 Ultra - and use a regular phone text app. This needs to be corrected by the app creators with an update/fix NOT the users. It is not our devices, it is the app itself

Thank you. I had tried all of this prior to posting the comment I made originally. Since it worked for you I tried it one more time. Thank you very much I am now getting my notifications and everything is back to normal. I appreciate your help.
To Fitbit please work on having your updates not messing up the watches and the communications. Thank you

Great stuff! 👍🏻
I totally agree Elaine, updates shouldn't change user settings...
