Text notification

My fitbit sense isn't receiving text notifications as of this morning.  Never had this problem before.  It is a new sense I got two days ago and was working just fine.

Hi @MrsElena - first check Quick Settings (swipe watch face to the right) and make sure that sleep and do not disturb icons are off.

 

If so, it is most likely a general problem that others are having with the latest version of the Fitbit App.

Thank you! I ended up Uninstalling the app and then reinstalled it.. works
now!

Great to know it worked for you! I had to do the same thing on the same day after I figured it out on my own. Fitbit Help could not assist me after they tried leading through different kinds of trouble shooting. I guess they don't know about this quick fix also.
