Are you saying that your time is off on your watch? If so it's likely a setting here..
Fitbit App -- Click your icon in the top left -- Account Settings -- Timezone.
Make sure that's set correctly 🙂

Hi @SunsetRunner - it's important that the watch is syncing correctly as each time it does it picks up the correct time from the phone.
Even if you turned off automatic time zone and set the time zone manually as suggested by @SamanthaB293 , it still needs to sync.
Try restarting the watch and syncing a few times, if still not working, try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone.
Login to the Fitbit App and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
