This device has fatal design problem in it's charging. I used the original charging for about 5 months and then one pin got pushed down and never came up and it cannot charge the device. So I bought another charging pad, this one worked only about 1 month and the same problem happened again. What a terrible device. Time for switching

Yup, @SunsetRunner plenty of mentions of this in both the Versa 3 and Sence board. 

However I received my charger early, bought another charger to keep in the car, and haven't seen this issue.
