I am so over the endless series of glitches with the Sense. First, it would randomly drop the Sense Controls connection to my phone and I wouldn't receive incoming texts or phone calls.. Now, the BR and HRV rates aren't recording. Fitbit has actually acknowledged this latest glitch and is allegedly working to fix it. Support does nothing but spin the wheel of solutions and suggest the same fixes that I have used repeatedly, despite my providing them with a detailed list of all the steps I have already taken. I received this watch as a gift and I'm very sorry the gifter wasted the money to purchase this for me. My next smartwatch will definitely not be from the Fitbit family.

Unfortunately the Sense is not ready for consumers. It is clearly a product that was rushed out the door without proper testing so now we get to do all the testing for them. Coming from a Galaxy Watch Active, I was reluctant to switch to Fitbit before I got my Sense and they say the first impression is the most important. Never again. You should never release an unfinished FLAGSHIP product. For what we've paid, should have been mostly smooth sailing but unfortunately it's problem after problem with this thing.
I am just waiting for the new Samsung watches to drop now.

I would suggest Suunto 9 they are bad a$$ watch but it pricey never in no way do they have issue like fitbit does I'm most likely selling my sense and getting suunto soon
