Time Is Two Seconds Behind iPhone

The time on my iPhone is correct, and synchronised to the Internet. My Sense synchronises with the FitBit iPhone App, without issue. However, the time on my FitBit is two seconds behind the correct time. How can one fix this? It’s not the biggest problem in the world, but it’s annoying nonetheless. (I have tried setting and unsetting the Time Zone, no difference.)

Not surprised. One would expect a lag.
Have you tried other faces to see if this is a face developer issue or Fitbit programming?

I have tried several clock faces, from FitBit and others, all with the same result. It seems an absurd problem to have, in a hyper-connected world.

Hi @MichaelGazeley  - depending on the quality of your particular watch, it's time will wander by a certain amount, and is normally recalibrated each time it syncs with the App.

To see how accurate your watch keeps time turn off Bluetooth for a while and see how much the time creeps.

A good watch should stay within a few seconds a week.

It could also indicate that your watch is not syncing well. If you are not get notifications that would be another sign.

If your watch is under warranty and it doesn't keep good time request a refund as it may be faulty.

It’s definitely a FitBit problem, not a problem with a particular watch face. Obviously, FitBit could fix this small but annoying problem, but it’s hard to know if they will. These days, they don’t seem to care much about their customers.
