How do I change the time on my watch to the correct time.  It automatically changes with daylight savings time and it should not since I livein Arizona.

Try this:

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab your profile picture App Settings. Time Zone.
  2. Turn off the Set Automatically option.
  3. Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device.

Hi @GMPE -  what@Clove6060  says is correct.

 

However why was it not on the correct time zone to begin with?

Is your phone showing the correct time and on the correct time zone?

Or were they showing time an hour different?

 

What happens are applying the fix if you set Automatic time zone option back on and sync the watch?
