My Fitbit sense is losing time. I have to sinc multiple times in a row to get time to update, but it starts losing time again right after I sinc it. By the next day it’s anywhere from 8 to 10 minutes off. I sinc it multiple times a day too

HI @Gretchen1 - the watch may be faulty. If you can change to a Fitbit clock face and it still does it, take it back to the shop for a refund or replacement.
As a rule of thumb, a good digital watch should not vary by more than about 10 seconds per month.

Hi, @Gretchen1, welcome, if the time on your watch is not accurate this is a symptom of a failure to sync. How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? provide detailed advice. I recommend you review these articles, if you are still stuck please post here again.
Cheers
