I want a XL otherwise this watch is USELESS.... How inept is Fitbit ????

Wow how big are your wrists? The large band can fit wrists 7.1″ - 8.7″. One's on Amazon can fit 7.28" - 9.25" but the quality might be lacking.

@ms00033 Have you tried the sports band?  The holes in those bands literally go from beginning to end of the strap, so it gives a lot more size and adjustability to the sizing 😊

@ms00033   The Hook & Loop band in the Fitbit store says it will fit a 9.2" wrist.
