My Fitbit sense is losing time. I have to sinc multiple times in a row to get time to update, but it starts losing time again right after I sinc it. By the next day it’s anywhere from 8 to 10 minutes off. I sinc it multiple times a day too

HI @Gretchen1  - the watch may be faulty. If you can change to a Fitbit clock face and it still does it, take it back to the shop for a refund or replacement.

As a rule of thumb, a good digital watch should not vary by more than about 10 seconds per month.

Hi, @Gretchen1, welcome, if the time on your watch is not accurate this is a symptom of a failure to sync. How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? provide detailed advice. I recommend you review these articles, if you are still stuck please post here again.

Cheers

@Gr4ndp4  - my Versa will go a week without syncing and remains accurate to within a few seconds, which is normal for a good watch.

I’m glad that your Versa is keeping time. I’m trying to figure out why my Sense is losing time and how to fix it.

Thank you. The store won’t return it, because it’s out of return policy. I will contact Fitbit again and see if they will replace it.
