This is the 3rd Fitbit device I’ve owned but the first with an issue.
My Sense has the latest firmware, but the clock time over a 12 to 15 hour period loses about 10 minutes, I didn’t notice this originally but have since I’ve enabled SpO2 recording.
Has anyone else experienced the issue or is this a bug ?

Hello @JPD29 Welcome to the Community Forums!
This usually happens after you travel to a different time zone but the time should correct after syncing the device. I would recommend making sure the time zone setting is correct. For this, please check:
How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Also, if you haven't done so, please perform an update to the Fitbit App. For this, please follow the steps from this link:
Keep me posted.

Unfortunately this is definitely not the case as we are in a lockdown, the furthest distance radius the Sense has been is 500m and definitely has not changed time zones

@JPD29 Did you confirm that the Set Automatically option is enabled on the Fitbit App?
Meanwhile, I suggest you to change the clock face on your Sense, sync your device and then add the SpO2 clock face back to see if it works. For more information, please check: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
I look forward to your response.

I am having a time problem also mine will not go out of 24 hour I’ve done everything suggested in every article and even contacted Fitbit support and nobody seems to be able to help me with this I think I got a buggy one and this is the reason why I waited for these to come out for a while with all the bugs were worked out of it.

I presume you are logging into your settings here to change to 12 hr.
Did you remember to hit Submit at the bottom?
Then did you do a sync, and if necessary restart both phone and watch.
You may also have a watch face that only shows 24hr, so you can try changing clock face.

Thank you very much yes I did all those things you mentioned. Then I changed the clock face and bingo right time!!! Would be great if before we change/purchase a watch face they would let us know that it’s 24 hour only!!
