Time on Fitbit Sense is not the same as my watch.

The time on my watch is several minutes behind.  It shows that it is synching to my phone and I've shut it down and restarted it but the time won't synch to the correct time.

I'm a bit confused, are you saying that the time shown on your Sense is not the same time that's being shown on your phone?
