Time zone won’t update on Sense

My Fitbit Sense won’t update the time zone. I recently traveled into another time zone and the watch didn’t update for 12 hours or so.. and just when I started to make the mental adjustment she looking at the watch I noticed it changed.. then when I arrived home it didn’t change back. I’ve tried all the suggestions I’ve came across but with no success.. it’s been the wrong time for over a day now. What can be done.
