Its been 5 days and it has never displayed sleep score on the tracker. It just show the details on the dashboard of the fitbit app.Kindly how can this be rectified.
Sorry if I'm being a bother, but I'm not able to look over your shoulder.
For sleep score to show, the tracker needs to sync after the user wakes up.
Then the server processes the sleep. It takes a little longer to get a sleep score.
Then the tracker needs to do a second sync. The tracker will only show last night's sleep score.
Try syncing the tracker 10 minutes after getting up. Then sync again after 10 - 15 minutes.
Are you getting the total sleep time on the trackers sleep tile?
When you tap the tile*, do you get the sleep score plus more detail of sleep stages.
*it may take a minute to pull the data from the server.
Best AnswerSame problem. On the app I can see sleep data but on the sense it shows 0 hours of sleep and all stages blank and no score on the watch face even after syncing multiple times.
Best AnswerOk it is there now. After syncing I had to wait 15 mins then had to open today app on device then it got updated.
