I received the new update to the Sense the other day and I have all the new features HOWEVER, I am still unable to use the watch for phone calls. I can pick up and hang up but I cannot use my voice to talk. I don't hear anything and the other person does not hear me. I know the speaker/mic work as I am able to use Alexa just fine and hear her responses. This isn't a feature I necessarily will use a lot but if it's supposed to work then I really insist that it does or I won't be keeping it. Other than than this glitch, I really like the Sense.

Wow. Totally missed the boat on that one. I actually was looking at the settings in Fitbit for something like that and flat out missed it. I’m an idiot. Thanks much!
