I'm having the same issue with mine!! Since mid-february it only seems to record 2-3 hours of sleep per night. It never catches when I fall back to sleep or take naps, anymore 😖

I did a chat session with someone yesterday and he had me restart my watch, but it did the same thing last night. He gave me a reference number and said to observe it for 24 hours and then start another chat with the reference number. If I find out anything, I'll let you know. 🤞

please do!! I did a hard reset yesterday, but I still got a recording of 2 hours last night. I also fell back to sleep for about 4 hours and it didn't record it at all.

Since apparently the agent or I used a bad word (which we didn't), I can't post the chat.
He told me to go to the dashboard, then to the gear, then settings, device, sleep tracking and change the sensitivity.
He said that the normal mode is great for a lot of people but if you toss and turn a lot or wake up a lot, the sensitive mode should record all of that. He could see how many hours I slept last night, but I couldn't. He gave me another case number in case it doesn't work tonight.
