I bought Fitbit sense like 10 days ago. I have all software updated. I use it to track my sleep, yesterday I wore my watch and slept from 10:30 pm but when I woke up and checked my sleep score I found something weird.
It says that I have been sleeping sense 7:30 pm which I wasn't wearing it. I tried to replicate how this happen it looks like as soon "any surface" neat the sensors on the back of the watch it start tracking even if this is not a skin.
This means the metrics are not accurate.

Hi @AhmadMagdy When you take it off, place it face down, and the semsors will turn off almost immediately. If the sensors are near a surface it will keep trying to read heart rate et

Hi @NellyG,
I will try to follow this and see how it goes thanks for the suggestion.
But I feel there is something to be improved by fitbit if the sense detected no heart beat it needs to stop.
