I just purchased a sense 2 today. Since getting everything set up I have had a transcription error with sending voice replies to text messages.
I have read the forums regarding the transcription errors... It's 2024 now and these forums date back to 2022... lovely. So there's been NO fix?? I've done as the old forums suggest. Restarted fitbit, restarted phone, un-installed and reinstalled the app, updated the app and my fitbit and IT STILL WONT WORK. What a complete waste of money. Guess I'll be returning my device tomorrow. Huge disappointment!!
