Unable to access Cardio Fitness Details on Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

I used to be able to access the details of my cardio fitness when I was using Ionic but this cannot be accessed anymore since I have been using Sense for the past 2 months. The error message below appears each time I press the chart. The value 45 does not seems to change as well regardless how much exercise I do. With Ionic, this number changes between 44 to 47 with the exercise routine I do.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi @ShahrilMokhtar. Welcome on board.

Thanks for the information provided and the screenshot showing the error message displayed. It's odd that you're not able to see your Cardio Fitness details after setting up the Sense. To work on this together, please give a try to the following:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  3. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  7. Try accessing your Cardio Fitness Score and details one more time.

Keep me posted.

Bumping this up, Kind of irritated as I love that part of the app and its premium!!!! I only get the error message when I click on the square to enlarge

Every other part of the app and watch works great

Okay so I Fixed it

When clicking on the heart Tile, I clicked on the gear icon in top left, Normally it shows me tabs to check heart rate zones, this time it said Sync heart rate (never seen that), App was updating for several minutes, then app would not load anything, so I closed app and reset phone now all is great including fitness information.

FWIW

I have been a Fitbit user since 2014, and I LOVE the Sense, but one thing I must say is the learning curve is HUGE for most fitbit items as well as the App.

Good Luck!

Well.....crap.

So I opened the app again went to Fitness score and  same message when expanding the tile

Reset phone went straight to fitness score and all was normal

Closed app,

I opened app and Now same error message again when expanding tile

Did this two times and works every time after a Phone rest but only for ONCE!

Please assist

Thanks for sharing the steps that you've tried on your own. I understand where you're coming from about not being able to see your details correctly and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. This shouldn't be happening and to further investigate please provide me with the following:

  • Model of your phone.
  • OS/software of your phone.
  • On the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Help and share the Fitbit app version.

Thanks for getting back with more details. I've forwarded this to our team and it seems they'll release a new Fitbit app version for Android devices, so please wait and download it as soon as you see it available on your phone. This version will bring improvements and if by any chance the issue persists, reply back to this thread so I can let our team know about this. I appreciate your efforts through this situation.
